Is the Bow still the “Better” weapon?

Does the bow’s atk and projectile speed make it a better weapon for farming 13 compared to a staff but not superior to a spear with the good RNG?

Hands down, the staff with good RNG is the best for chapter 14 but wouldnt the bow be a better choice for 14 and 15 over the spear because of its knockback and consistency despite bad rng? Not to mention UCD?

• 50% Crit dmg is also decent?

Thoughts?
