Looking for some information

I don't actually have a BRZ yet. Planning on selling my current car and getting one asap! A few questions. I am definitely planning on doing some mods. Cat back exhaust (probably the invidia n1) better tires, lowering springs.

My question is, I would love to get a catless header and open flash tune, but i am worried about emmisions. I live in Utah. Anyone got some advice? Would said set up pass a smog test?
