Can I clear a cloudy lamp using physics?

So if we go off the assumption that the lamp water is cloudy because of suspended particulate matter then shouldn't I be able to run my lamp through a centrifuge of sorts to separate the solids from the liquid?

Granted, I have no idea how to accomplish this; but it 'should' work right?
