Intervention Time?

Has the time arrived for The Fellowship to undertake an intervention for Rick? Rick is a nice person who many think just needs to be put back on a better track. It’s obvious he cannot keep going on the track he is on and without a course correction there is no telling what will be. Does anyone see any reason an intervention should not happen?
