Rajang armor for IG build?

I know this isn't the meta for the glaive but I have a friend who's wondering about running 4 piece Rajang for minds eye/protective polish, with a namielle headgear for constitution.

For context he is a little slow and "doesn't like his current 3 piece Teo because he doesn't always hit weak points," which I'm assuming means he doesn't like masters touch.

Was just wondering if anyone has an opinion on this. I recommended some Garuga but he doesn't seem interested in it. Hes at the point of taking a full upgrade very seriously.
