Best MOM for 3.5g - 7g shipped?

My dad rarely smokes, he lives in the suburbs of AB so there's no dispensaries nearby.

I'm looking for a MOM that can ship 3.5g-7g of good quality stuff, also with a cheap shipping rate.

I was thinking about ordering OCS but I'm not sure how that works or if it's a viable option.
