Which Bike Repair Stand should I purchase?

Looking to purchase a repair stand but there are so many options. I reached out to some buddies and they said Park Tool or Feedback both make great stands but I'm not sure which one to buy.

A little background is I plan for it to spend 99 percent of the time in my garage with the option to move it would be nice if need be.

Also I have a carbon frame bike and people always tell me to never clamp the top tube, is it safe to clamp your seat post?
