Strange Fruits

This is my first time growing, and first fruits. It seems okay, however none of them have grown into a typical mushroom shape. Also, one of them pictured had a hole in the top of the cap for some unknown reason, as there was no water dripping on it from the lid. I did notice that particular mushroom was "weeping" water often.

Another mushroom grew upside down as pictured, and one on another cake just grew some sort of mushroom material mass but it doesn't seem to resemble any mushroom I've seen. I'm not sure if I've done something wrong or it's typical that sometimes they just grow strangely.

Also, all the mushrooms seem to have a blue/black tinge on the inside, but they don't smell badly, so maybe it's just bruising?

I decided to harvest the ones that looked ready, but I'm not sure what to do from there. One of the cakes has just now started pinning, the others still have pins that are growing, but I'm not sure if I should dunk again or just put them back in the fruiting box and wait. Any advice is appreciated.
