[osu!std] Harigatsu | Suspicious

Hello, im writing this post cuz I found some suspicious guy ( attention I will surprise you - from Poland again, talented country ). Let's get to the point:

1. Look at his beginnings of random maps I've captured (i know that replays are bugged sometimes but its not normal):

It seems of usage copy n*** or other replay submitter from mp** forum. Here are only few replays, over 80% of his replays look like this.
2. Funny how this guy is able to FC maps in few tries only after open the game https://imgur.com/a/JYB2DD9
3. His progress is also suspicious - its not normal (he was previously banned for stealing replays)
4. https://old.ppy.sh/web/osu-getreplay.php?c=3103207853&m=0 my favourite one (gabe power replay) - look at his cursor movement, zero shake while streaming, perfect timing - looks like timewarp or accelerated nomod play
