Hit with symptoms before next dose?

I have my third dose of Entyvio in 5 days. I haven't noticed any improvements yet, still can't trust solid foods and need to stick with the liquid meal replacements. Over the past few days I've had 3 canker sores pop up and had surprise diarrhea. Normally, since being on the meal replacements, I'm not having explosive diarrhea so I'm not sure where that came from. Is this normal as I approach an infusion date? I haven't had any improvements from the treatment yet, but I have had super bad headaches and just a general wiped out feeling since the first infusion. About a week ago (2 weeks post 2nd infusion) my energy perked back up which has been great, I'm just waiting for my patience to reappear!! Anyone dealing with something similar? This flare up is already over 4 months long, and results should be seen between weeks 6-14 of Entyvio. Let's really hope it's sooner than later because this sucks 😔
