I (30f) feel like my fiance (34m) has become a boring stranger since quarantine started...normal?

So, my fiance and I have basically just run out of things to do and talk about at this point. We've been together 3 1/2 years. Engaged for 4 months. I'm just feeling really lonely and annoyed and wondering if this is normal under the context of the situation we're in and not to think too much about it... or if it's a sign that our relationship has played out at this point.

We've both been working from home since March. He is required to work from 9-5; I'm a librarian so I'm pretty much just getting what I can done for a few hours a day and hanging around for the rest of it. He usually wakes up at 6, immediately starts playing video games. Will do that for a few hours and then starts work early. He enjoys his job and I think he just likes having something to do. When he finishes up around 5, we'll make dinner together. If I beg him to watch tv with me he'll do that for like an hour and then go back to playing video games until he's ready for bed. It's been like this for the past 3 months any day that his children are not with us. (When they are, we're on a homeschooling, dinner making, getting ready for bed schedule and not having time for each other is understandable).

I do not think he's depressed. He's an uber introvert and I think this is honestly his dream scenario. I don't think it's that he's not interested in me either. I know he loves me. But would rather spend the day working, looking at memes on the internet and playing video games all day. I mean I guess basically he's a dude.

If I ask him to do something with me, he definitely will. We go for socially distant hikes. Like I said he'll watch tv or play a game with me if I ask. But I know he's just itching to get back to unwinding and bunkering down in his office again. I have to carry the brunt of the conversations as well, continuously asking questions etc. If I don't say anything we'll sit in silence until he like comments on the food or something.

This isn't really a quarantine only thing either. When I was able to go out and do things, 80% of the time he won't come with me. I have to go to most social functions on my own.

So my question - is this just normal and I shouldn't worry so much given the context of things. Or start thinking about whether I really want to be this bored for the rest of my life with my future husband? There are a million wonderful things I could write about him. He is a wonderful man, father and supporter. But I just feel underwhelmed lately.
