Walking assistance device that takes the weight off of the feet?

I have major problems with tarsal coalition in booth feet and as a result cannot walk ecept short distances and every step is painful. I can't find any non-surgical solution (cause surgery didn't work at all) from conventional sources, at least so far, but I need something like, well let me show you:

See how this character from Fallout 4, Proctor Ingram lost her legs and is in power armor, but it's not the powered aspect that allows her to walk necessarily, but that, she's being supported at the torso and that weight is being distributed down leg encasements instead of the stumps of her legs? So she doesn't have to wear prosthetics?

I have my feet, I'd like to keep them, but a system like this could work for someone with feet. Most of the assists I've seen are scooters and some powered mobility items by Honda, but the latter is for people having trouble LIFTING their legs. My legs are just fine, so I don't need power assist, I don't think. Just something to keep the cast majority of the weight off my feet, so I can walk again and lose a bunch of weight that's tormenting me.

Does something like this exist?

In principle, something like this walking vest thing https://medmartonline.com/handicare-walkingvest-gait-training-sling?utm_source=google_shopping&gclid=CjwKCAjwt-L2BRA_EiwAacX32Wa8C7p6o623U5MEpZ3S-bogFQwIcWvAwTWg2asmGiaxteMQ5p9wthoCZrAQAvD_BwE

Only instead of the weight being taken by supports in the ceiling, the weight goes to leg encasements for actual mobility.

Look I've gained 1 150 pounds and haven't been on a pleasure walk for eight years now. I gotta get something.
