Non-lethal Ocelot Strategy (In MGS3)? Anyone?

I'm currently doing a FOXHOUND rank in MGS3 and I'm wondering if anyone has a consistent and easy to pull-off strategy for the Ocelot boss fight. I've only played the game V. Easy (to get used to the controls) and on Normal for a better experience, but both of those times I wound up taking too much damage and took too long to knock him out (I even used the honeybees but even then it took too long).
