I don't know what to do. I'm frustrated and I have major buyer's remorse. Help?

Question

So, first of all, I know there's a lot going on right now in the world and this is the epitome of a first-world problem. Now, I'll explain to you why I'm deeply frustrated about my new luxury item.

I'll just go part-by-part to explain what's wrong. Total cost of my build was about $1200

CPU - Ryzen 3600, crashes anytime I stress-test it or play even low-end games (it crashed playing Portal 1 for example) this issue has been troubleshooted and its not a thermal issue. The CPU sits at 65 C under load.

SSD - 1tb of solid state was too much. I bought this before I knew about primocache so I'm using about 850gb's just for SSD caching which is extreme overkill. I could have saved at least $80 buying a 500gb and it wouldn't have made a difference.

Silence - This was my first IRL build, even though I've been learning about computers for almost 10 years now. I'm surprised this never came up, but I guess motherboards sometimes only have 2 fan headers? So I ran with just one front intake (the other wasn't plugged in) and my new fan hub just arrived. Now all my fans work but the exhaust fan is running at 100% so it's extremely loud at all times, in my system that I optimized for silence. I paid a premium for that too.

WiFi - I bought a wifi card ($50) because the mobo I got did not have onboard wifi. This thing has been a constant headache from the beginning. First, it didn't work at all from the get go, even though it's brand new it isn't "plug and play" with windows 10 so after I got my first ever build to post all my joy was deflated when I realized I couldn't even use it. I didn't have an ethernet cable lying around so I had to drive 40 mins both ways just to get it, all so I could install the drivers on it. Now it works but disconnects every 5-10 mins. I troubleshoot twice, it resets the adapter badda bing badda boom I'm good until 10 minutes goes by and it disconnects again. I have the latest drivers. It just doesn't work.

I don't know. I want to rip my hair out. I feel like I wasted so much money on this thing. I can't game for more than 20 minutes without it crashing, and browsing sucks because it's constantly disconnecting. Watching YouTube is excruciating. Worst part is I bought everything off Amazon so returning everything is going to be a nightmare. I'm considering just fixing every issue and selling this piece of crap and starting over, but I know I'll lose hundreds of dollars and that's not including sales tax. Fuck. I'm just so disappointed.
