Help with Cisco umbrella rollout for macs

Hi - I’m having a hard time rolling out Cisco umbrella to an all Mac environment. I have Fleetsmith as a means for distributing a pkg file but the .plist file is needed for umbrella to work. Has anyone had luck creating a custom pkg with both files combined?
