Any chairs to reduce elbow pain?

Usually people are complaining about their back, but for me, the main issue with my chair is my whole arm and kind of my back. It’s one of those chairs where the arm holds together the back and the chair. What happens is that I have to bend my arm down because the armrest is under my desk and if it is level with my desk, I have to sit way back. It’s peeling and I need a good chair with adjustable arm rests because I think that’s what I need and I need a chair that won’t peel. $250 or less.
