Cross save question

I have been playing D2 on my Xbox for all of year one and switched over to PS4 because I had more friends that played D2 on PS4. I have recently gotten access to my D2 account on Xbox again and I wanted to bring my warlock from Xbox to PS4, but I was wondering if my current characters will be deleted if I do so. TIA!!
