Canadian Free Counselling for Students

Maybe this isn't the best place to ask, but I'm looking into counselling/therapy for some friends. We're Ontario university students, so kinda poor af. I've looked into BetterHelp, Babylon and each of our respective university's free counselling.

Just wondering if anybody had personal experience with online low cost (or free) counselling or can offer any other resources?
