HFAI for kicking a member of my YouTube team?

The member I kicked off my team in my eyes deserved it. He would spread rumors about me, say racist comments, trash talk, scam, and ruined my reputation on YouTube. He dug a hole for me so deep that my channel has a 100% dislike ratio. Before I added him into the team my like ratio was a 100%. I guess this all started when he talked shit about my family and I got his Twitch suspended for breaking the ToS. Idk honestly how fucked I am.
