Final weight loss advice with a cardio-centered workout routine

Hey all, teenage guy here,

Last year January I was 17, 6', and I weighed 205-210 lbs. I did a ton of exercise (mainly rowing, and later running), and I essentially calorie-starved myself (DO NOT RECOMMEND) for about a year. Now, I'm 18, 6'1", and I weigh 170-175 lbs.

I've spoken to a couple of nutritionists about my diet, and they were all shocked when I told them I was only eating 1400 calories a day for over a year at my age group. Long story short, I've been way less focused on making my diet fit under a calorie limit, and I've focused on just eating healthily when I'm hungry.

While I've become way more happy with how my body looks (I was/am very self-conscious), I still want to lose a tiny bit more weight. I've got some fat around my midriff, and while I don't need to have six-pack abs, I want to get rid of that last little bit of fat on my chest and stomach.

In order to do this, I've been following a marathon training running plan. I usually run 16-24 miles a week and that's only going to go up over the next couple of months. But, I know that cardio isn't always the BEST method of burning fat, so I've also been doing light core workouts after every run. I've also been supplementing bike rides on the optional running/cross-training days on my plan, which usually last 45 mins to 1.5 hrs.

Here's a link to my plan: https://imgur.com/a/J4uVrQC

So yeah, long story short. I don't really know where to go from here. I'm not seeing much progress in losing that last bit of weight. Is it because of the workouts I'm doing? Is it because of my diet (I probably eat around 2200-2400 a day now, and I occasionally fall victim to an ice-cream/cookie binge, but I usually eat healthily enough)? I'm just looking to see if anyone else has been in a similar situation or has any advice.

Thank you to anyone who's read this, I hope y'all stay safe.
