Pc built, White Leds next to cpu and dram. No display.

here’s the lights and pictures of build, the pcie for the graphics card has since been fixed and is now all plugged in.

Tried resetting everything, and replugging everything. No dice. Might have to debug piece by piece in which case how do I go about this?

Edit: FIXED after resetting RAM, the 24 pin, and CPU cable several times everything seems to be going smooth. Thanks everyone.
