Cp rework

So a new warhammer community article is up, and we are front page(kind of)

Its confirmed that detachments cost cp, and everyone starts the same.

They also mention how you gain +1 cp every command phase if battle-forged, and how a detachment incurs no Cp penalty if it has a warlord. They seemed to confirm that armies need to pay taxes for detachments, but the penalty doesnt seem to be as severe

Furthermore, larger detachments cost more. Brigades cost 3 cp, and its left to be seen if it's because of the infantry tax, or if it's because of everything else. Finally, they subtly snuck in that 1 troop = 1 transport option. Transport this has its own troop tax.

What are your thoughts on this? It looks good to me
