Firing pin lug movement when disassembled.

Hello all,

I've noticed that when my G43 is field stripped, the firing pin lug has a lot more movement between the tension spring and firing pin/striker safety than my G19. The striker never breaches the face or goes beyond the firing pin safety, but seems to come a lot "closer" to the face than the 19 does. It definitely has a lot more play when between the lug spring and the firing pin safety.

Is this normal? Or should I further disassemble the slide to see if there is something up with the lug spring?
