Rekeying locks.

So we closed today!

I want to rekey all of the outside locks but they are Defiant brand and it seems that they don't have a kit as easily available as Kwikset or Schlage. Am I missing something? Is there a reason for this? What do I need to get the job done without calling a locksmith?
