[Tip] Altstore- Reprovision and Re-signing unc0ver Easy as 123

Welcome to Jailbreaking. A lot of new first time jailbreakers have joined the ranks lately and every day a lot ask the same question regarding Altstore and reprovision re-signing the unc0ver app. We who have been doing this awhile know what to do but a newcomer gets confused. So just follow this simple advice.

Altstore is used to install uncover onto your device. That is its main purpose..Once you have got unc0ver up and running and you are jailbroken- install reprovision to resign unc0ver every (X) days. It is perfectly safe to REMOVE/DELETE Altstore app. Its job is done. This clears up any confusing questions of why Altsore says I only have (2) days left when Reprovision says I have (5). Reprovision can resign anytime-Altstore needs to be on same wifi network as your phone. Simple breakdown below.

Altserver on pc to install Altstore to phone

Altstore on phone to install Unc0ver

Unc0ver to jailbreak device

Reprovision to re-sign Uncover. Safe to remove Altstore App

Don't turn phone off. keep it charged. If something goes wrong don't assume it's uncover and delete it. Don't update while in jailbroken state. Don't try to download paid tweaks for free, that's a great way to really mess your device up.
