ANA result: speckled 1:80 and exercise intolerance??

I'm only guessing this might be the right place to post this because my doctor noticed slight sclerodactyly (sp?) on my last visit, and this was my ANA lab result. I've been having mysterious exercise intolerance issues for over a year now, delayed-onset muscle pain and so on. Used to be able to run miles and swim laps in college and now in my mid-30's I have to be careful taking a long brisk walk or my arms burn, weirdly. Wondering if it could be related.
