Question apocalypse, calendar, house

I'm stuck here.

Jonas saw in the future Marthas grave and the circled mark from Adam on the calendar in the kitchen.

How can Kahnwalds house still exist? We saw that it blew up at the end of s2.

What is going on - any ideas?
