Help!! Question about irregular cramps
Okay, so I'm 15 and I'm looking for some advice and input. So to start off with: my cycle ranges anywhere from 26 to 45 days.
How my period normally is: Day 1: Super heavy flow, debilitating cramps, nausea, head aches, back pain, hot and chills, either diarrhea or constipation, bloating, fatigue, tender breasts, mood swings. (I have to skip school and lie in bed for the entire day, even when I take pain meds and use a hot pack the cramps are still horrible)
Day 2: Heavy flow, horrible cramps (bad but not as much as day 1), nausea, head aches, back pain, hot and chills, either diarrhea or constipation, bloating, fatigue, tender breasts, mood swings. (Basically Day 1, but down one notch)
Day 3: Medium flow, bad to moderate cramps, some of the previous symptoms mentioned in day one and two
Day 4: Light flow, mild cramps (sometimes medium)
Day 5: Ultra light flow, (rarely) mild cramps
Day 6: spotting, just last bits of discharge
So, in most stories I read, women talk about getting really bad pain in the center of their lower abdomen (where the uterus is), and while I get pain there, the worse pain I experience is what I can only describe as an agonizing stabbing sensation on either side of the center of my abdomen closer to my hip bones (like where the ovaries are). I also get pain here during ovulation. And regularly between periods. It's been like this since I first got my period (age 11) but has progressed and gotten way worse over the years.
I'm getting this pain right now (where my ovaries are) and it's super bad, like the same as the second day of my period. I also have bad pains at the bottom of my rib cage and all along the sides of my torso. (My period started on the 24th btw, so this isn't PMS).
Other info: My mom has endometriosis and I read that it could be genetic/hereditary.
Doss anyone else have these symptoms? Are these symptoms of endo? Any advice is appreciated.
