Best 13 star wand for a Te/Fi

I currently just hit 70 and looking on which weapon to grind. Im currently using the nox weapon and using a Tec-mag. I do have dex mag that im leveling on the side for when Phantom comes out. Is edge revolsio worth upgrading to or should i grind for a nemesis?

Thanks for all the help
