How do you transfer or watch videos that are VOB format. I’m on the mobile app.

I recently got my favorite show on mega for a trade. And it’s VOB format and I’m heart broken that I can’t watch it. Does anyone know how to help? Also if anyone else has little shop of horrors encore 2015 and want to trade I’ll trade very unfairly!
