[Help] need help with correcting my dogs behavior when it comes to people running or biking by us on our walks.

Long story short my dog( 3.5 year old female standard poodle)barks and lunges at people when they bike or run by us. She's always had this issue but I've been mostly able to control it. After our walk tonight I've noticed that it's gotten worse. I think its partially due to separation anxiety because I've gone back to work after being told to stay home since March 15.

Would appreciate some tips on how to stop this behavior.
