Sharing a page by email

So, I know that Microsoft removed the ability to email a single page from OneNote for Windows 10, like what was available in OneNote 2016. I have an issue that I've seen discussed here, where I go to share a page and I can only use Mail or Skype, and not Outlook 365. The Microsoft help page says that you can go to Share --> Send a Copy, and then send a screenshot. I don't have that option. Am I reading the help article wrong? It says:

To send a static copy (or a screenshot) of the current page in email, do the following:

In OneNote for Windows 10, open the page you want to share.
At the bottom of the Share task pane that opens, click or tap Send a copy.

I just want to send the text of a note to team members through Outlook. Not everyone uses OneNote. Any other ideas, workflows, etc.?
