22 Male 5’9 165 IB question about lab results

I take Zoloft 150 mg , Wellbutrin 150mg and occasionally 500mg Tylenol for headaches, etc . I also am prescribed .5mg of lorazepam for when I get an extreme panic attack. I’ve only taken it once and that was about a week ago.

I got these blood tests done 7 days ago, because I was having hypochondria about leukemia since I had a few red dots on my skin. These were my results. My doctor said everything was normal, and for me not to worry about anything. He said my blood tests say that there’s nothing wrong going on in my body. I went to dermatologist 2 or 3 days later and she said she thinks the red spots are likely just from a mild irritant or dermatitis/folloculitis, and that in her 10 years of post residency she doesn’t believe they look like leukemia.

I haven’t lost any weight as far as I know, and haven’t experienced any night sweats or bleeding from nose. Occasionally mild bleeding from gums when brushing teeth, but I have mild gingivitis and that’s normal for me. No enlarged organs

However, today I woke up with a bruise on my left and right thigh in approximately the same place, and a bruise on left hamstring and right hamstring in approximately the same place. I did have sex last night, so I’m not sure if it’s from that. I’m convinced I have leukemia. Please help.
