Three Questions

Ctrl+Z only reverts back a single change. Is there a way around this? For example: Let's say someone (me) gets all hyper and makes a bunch of changes. Then that same someone (me) decides that he wants to go back. I'm used to using Reaper, where you can Ctrl+Z until your PC grows a mullet.

The chords in the Piano Roll. When I use the chord builder (drop-down thing) in the Roll, I am unable to move individual notes. Let's say that I make a sick progression, and my ears tell me "Bro, that one note should be removed... or maybe dropped a step or two..." Upon obeying my ears, the entire chord disappears. Thoughts or suggestions?

PC audio. Once I open FL Studio, anything else on my PC that uses audio (YouTube, or say, YouTube, and sometimes even YouTube) goes as silent as my wife when tell her I accidentally mowed over the hydrangea bush. Jumping from YouTube to FL and back (usually to re-watch In The Mix tutorials) requires a reboot. Any tricks? Also, do hydrangea bushes grow back? (asking for a friend)
