The Marsh Orcs

The Marsh Orcs are a large group of ordredd living in Shad Xasala, a large marsh. which in the young years of the world, a titan crashed into and it’s power bled into the water. Orcs came to inhabit this marsh, and they drank its water, making them taller and stronger than other orcs. An average marsh orc stands at 6’1 feet. They are also lighter then someone of their height should be. However this comes with certain drawbacks, such as a shorter life, only living to 30-45 on average. They are also quite dismissive of a live of peace and prosperity, seeing it as a waste of their talents, thinking themselves better suited to battle and strategy. Their greatest disadvantage is that as they age their passion is drawn from them, leaving a shell behind. They have no great settlements, nor great discoveries that they have sequestered away from the world. They have developed some meditation techniques to retain their passion, however these only work so well. A young marsh orc would seek to “spend” his passion on a cause he believes is just, marching off to war in the name of a warlord, some return, most don’t.
