(NH - Property) We own half a property, two other owners (family) want to sell against our interests
Hi, we own half a property in NH and have two family members who own a quarter each. As such we feel like we have majority say but the other two party's are talking about selling to the neighbors. We want to keep the property.
What should we expect if we aren't interested in buying the other two parties out? We would prefer to just cruise as things are.
We considered taking over the majority of the costs and keeping the other two family members as silent partners if it is yearly costs they are concerned about.
We have also considered doing nothing, as we believe as the majority, there is nothing the other two parties can do. Is this accurate?
Is there any dirty move we should keep in our back pocket if conversations dont go as planned?
