22 [M4R] Aspen, CO - Vacation hiking/smoking buddy

Hey there! I'm going to be in Aspen for a bit starting next Friday. I have no friends who are very adventurous when it comes to travelling or hiking, so this is a solo trip for me. Being as introverted as I am, I actually enjoy solo travelling quite a bit, but I'm aware that some strenuous hikes could be dangerous to do solo. I'll do them either way because I'm a stubborn dumbass, but it would be nice to find someone cool for some peace of mind.

I'm looking for someone near my age (maybe like 18-25?) that I get along with well enough. I'm indifferent about gender, race, sexual orientation, etc. Do make sure that you're in good enough shape to do some tougher hikes though. I'd like to voice chat some just to make sure I'm hiking with someone I've got some rapport with. If I'm being totally honest, it's very challenging for me to make connections in a setting like this, but I thought it was still worth trying anyways. If we click, then I can't wait to hike with you! If not, I'll probably stick to the solo hike because hiking is a time for me to be very relaxed, and I can't be that around someone I'm not comfortable with.

I should probably give y'all some idea as to who I am. A couple of the things I love most are reading and music. I usually stick to fantasy novels with some contemporary fiction sprinkled in here and there. I'm currently in the middle of The Wheel of Time and The Witcher. I've also been eyeing A Darker Shade of Magic. My music taste is relatively versatile. I don't know country or rap nearly as well as I do classic rock, indie stuff, or 80s pop, but I don't really shy away from any genre. I'm pretty open to both drinking and smoking. Honestly, those both help with the whole comfort thing initially. I've never dipped into psychedelics, but I don't think I'd say no to the chance. As for media, I watch random shows and movies sporadically. I also dip into anime periodically. As for videogames, I've really lost interest throughout my stint as a college student. I still half-assedly play LoL when friends want to, and it probably wouldn't hurt to play a few games to get to know each other. I enjoyed ACNH for a little while, but that got old too. Smash Bros and Civ VI are the only other two games I'd really be down to play other than that. Honestly, you could be into literally none of this, and we still might get along. I love hearing about stuff that I know nothing about if the person talking about it is passionate. I'm not a very judgmental person, so even if you feel like we might not get along, go ahead and give it a shot.
