Should I do my own screen printing or have someone screen print for me?

Hi, I’ve been looking into starting my own streetwear company and I was wondering what everyone’s opinion would be if I should get a $200-$400 screen printer and do all the work by myself, or use one of these websites that do it for you (like printful)?
