External hard drives for Xbox one X

I've been in need of an external hard drive for awhile now and finally am looking to pull the trigger and get one. I have a one X & plan on getting the series X. Is it worth it to get a SSD vs HDD for the X or series X ? I've been eyeing this one but want some opinions if I should get an SSD instead. Link in comments.
