Hrt process for adolescents

I’m 16 ftm and got an appointment with an endocrinologist in a few day at children’s hospital in Wisconsin. I’ve tried to do research on the process of getting on hrt and how long that will take but I haven’t found much conclusive information. Do you generally get on hrt pretty quick After your first endo appointment, or is it standard to need a therapist note, a second psychological examination, physical examination etc. that can make this process a matter of a few more months? I just want to know what to expect going in. The wait from my phone call to make the appointment to now was already 4 months, and I’m hoping not to wait much longer
