Hate speech is NOT freedom of speech.

This is probably not even an opinion but fact. Hate speech falls under several categories that aren’t protected under The First Amendment including obscenity, defamation, fraud (Saying the N word is technically a lie because black people don’t actually have black skin lol), incitement, sometimes fighting words, speech integral to criminal conduct.
