What are some pros and cons of opening a Citizens Bank Platinum account? Is it even worth doing?

Not sure if I should. But I’ve been with Citizens for a while and they are asking me to. Im not looking to invest just yet or anything so please don’t suggest a stock or other investment alternative to a bank account. Thank you very much.
