Wanting to understand public offerings

I have committed a gigantic chunk to a company called Menlo Therapeutics. It is an up and comer with some great products in the acne/rosacia markets. The product is the 1st of its kind as most acne/rosacia products are oral while this is a topical cream and is showing promising results. Now to the question in hand. They just did an additional public offering and by doing so will decrease the value of the stock depending on how much more they dilute. This seems like it will make it even harder for the stock to rise with a higher dilution. Does anyone own this stock? and can anyone give me some reassurance im not holding on to a sinking ship or bag holding a stock thats going to be valued much less for months. It seems like a home run product but with this dilution I feel like my stocks will be very weak until they gain traction. I wish MNLO offered some news instead of telling people close to EOD and having the stock plummet like it has...will this offering be detrimental? Am I now wasting my time with this stock? I understand some of this is speculative opinion but I'd like some honest feedback as Ive never had to deal with a company looking for an offering
