Weird discord server that has a code which "leads to another discord server".

So, I joined this discord from a friend of mine, and I came upon an unusual discord... there was only 1 text channel, which had some text and an image. Here is a link to the discord attachment: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/718200361407479861/718211524531060756/cnN0ZWcgJiBkaW0.png . Above this was text that said, "base 8*8", as seen here. I assume it is Base 64. All I have been able to find out are small little yellow dots located in the white shape near the top. It's not morse, so I'm really stuck here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. (ps. I don't know anything about deciphering or decoding, so sorry)

UPDATE: They have said that the answer is actually the invite to join another discord.
