The 12 Gauge of Bolt Actions Calibers? The Mossberg 500 of Bolt Actions?

Just a noob wondering what would be good for hunting nearly any big game and long range practice. Don’t know how many hunters are in here, but once I can own, I was thinking about getting a .22 lever, 12 gauge pump, and (caliber pending) bolt. Any advice is appreciated
