How to deal with a strenuous relationship with parents

I feel like recently the relationship between my parents and me has become especially difficult as they have gone over believing I'm just in a phase(this went on for a super long time ) and have accepted I'll be at home for the rest of my life. We have stopped communicating much and every time my mom looks at me I can sense the disappointment in her eyes and it's as if she looks at me as if I'm a fuck up. My father too has been really angry and constantly tells me what to do. I'm sick of their fucking judgement and I wish they'd leave me alone in my room in peace. I've tried to change my sleeping pattern so I sleep during the day and am awake during the night so I can avoid them but they won't let me fjcking do it and force me to wake up in the morning. I feel trapped
