The Courier from Fallout New Vegas vs the Dragonborn from Skyrim

The dragonborn is assumed to be human. In all scenarios, they start 50 meters from each other in an arena with no cover. Chems, Stimpaks, and healing items may not be used. All skills are assumed to be at maximum, and the Courier has all SPECIAL stats at 10

Round 1: The Courier has a power fist. The Dragonborn has a sword. Neither wears armor, and cannot use Thu'um, or ranged weapons.

Round 2: The Courier now wears Enclave power armor. The Dragonborn wears Daedric armor. Same weapons and restrictions

Round 3: The Courier is assisted by Veronica, and the Dragonborn by Lydia. Both use default gear. Everything else is the same as round 2.

Final round: Full combat. The Courier uses a Gauss rifle, X-01 power armor, a Super Sledge, and is assisted by Veronica and ED-E (Veronica has T-51 Power armor and her power fist, ED-E has the armor upgrade from the Brotherhood of Steel), as well as two stealth boys and the C-Finder used for the Archimedes II orbital strike. The Dragonborn has the Drainblood Battleax, Dwarven Black Bow of Fate, Daedric armor, and is protected by Lydia (who wears Daedric armor and her default sword) and an armored Frost Troll, and can use Thu'um. Both have unlimited ammo/arrows except for the C-Finder, which only has one shot.
