A serious question in a search for information regarding a rather odd Spring and a Storm Demo

so, I've seen this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1Q_s-cHSEs
version of a Spring and a Storm Demo, which is only marked as a "later/rare" demo of Spring and a Storm. I've checked pretty much everywhere I can, and I cant find the source of the audio or even how it was released to the public, if its even real. I am really curious about this subject and im hoping someone has the answer
Its defintely not from either of the demo albums, and not from the 2005 release, or even the Pingry EP
UPDATE:
I found an interesting website with a partial answer, one that has a lot of unreleased and recorded work
It seems to be some kind of fan work titled "Unreleased Rarities"While it tells me where people found it it doesn't tell me where this website ran by fans found it, so some answers, but still more questions
