How do I update my Intel I225-V firmware?

For Asus Z490 itx, I cant install the LAN driver and Asus' support page says:

'Before installing Intel I225-V driver v.1.0.1.4, please ensure that Intel I225-V firmware should be updated to v.1.45 via firmware update tool. '

But I cant find the tool I need to do this with?

Sorry, how dumb am I? It was a separate Zip folder inside the download for the firmware.

Hmmm, but I still cant get it to work or dont understand how to use it. Theres a PDF guide with ith though which I'm reading now.
