My idea for rebalancing Mach Weave

Put it in the scavenger market, it's the perfect place for it. Now only does this allow Mach Weave to stay in the game unchanged, but it also makes the other armor mods more viable and allows for the Mach weaves to be collected over time making the increase in power you get far more gradual.
